ON APRIL 18, 2019, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 111, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 clarifies the legislative intent that the dual enrollment grant be fully funded before any funds in the lottery for education account are transferred to the Tennessee Promise scholarship endowment fund and revises this bill's directory language to ensure this bill will be codified properly after the effective date of the Governor's Investment in <br /> Vocational Education (GIVE) Act.<br /> <br />
