ON APRIL 24, 2019, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #2 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 129, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #2 limits this bill's requirements to state correctional facilities and adds that this bill does not establish a minimum standard or otherwise create a private right of action concerning the products supplied to a person incarcerated in a state correctional facility. <br /> <br />
