Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6.
This bill exempts from the sales and use taxes:<br /> <br /> (1) The sale of platinum, gold, or silver bullion, that is valued solely upon its precious metal content, whether in coin or ingot form;<br /> (2) The sale of numismatic coins that have a sales price of no more than $10,000; and<br /> (3) The sale of numismatic coins at a national, statewide, or multi-county numismatic trade show.<br /> <br />
