ON MARCH 11, 2019, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 439, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 limits the number of special permits that the TWRA executive director will be authorized to issue to five permits per license year. This amendment also adds a requirement that the executive director strive to ensure that hunting or fishing opportunities occur in each grand division of the state.<br /> <br />
