ON APRIL 1, 2019, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 478 FOR SENATE BILL 146, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 478, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 adds the chairs of the government operations committees of the senate and house to the list of persons under present law who receive an annual report of service provided and requests for appropriations. Under present law, the report is submitted to the governor and the appropriate committees of the general assembly.<br /> <br />
