Amends TCA Title 67.
ON MARCH 25, 2019, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 634, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill to extend to "water" the present law sales tax exemption that applies to the sale to a qualified farmer or nurseryman of electricity, natural gas and liquefied gas, including, but not limited to, propane and butane used directly in the production of food or fiber for human or animal consumption or to aid in the growing of a horticultural product for sale.<br /> <br />
