Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 2.
ON APRIL 19, 2021, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 210 FOR SENATE BILL 1147, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 210, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill and requires LEAs to publish their curriculum on their website and update the website of any curriculum changes at the beginning of each semester. For purposes of this amendment, "curriculum" means a list of courses available to students enrolled in the LEA.
