ON FEBRUARY 7, 2022, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 211 FOR SENATE BILL 520, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 211, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 makes this bill applicable to the 2022-2023 school year and each school year thereafter, instead of the 2021-2022 school year and each school year thereafter.
