Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 4.
ON APRIL 8, 2021, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 339, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 specifies that, although the Wildhorse Saloon will not be required to meet any gross revenue percentage requirements for food service as a prerequisite to the issuance of a restaurant permit to serve liquor by the drink under this bill, upon application for the renewal of its license the restaurant will be required to pay the appropriate license fee due for a limited service restaurant when the gross revenue from the previous year derived from food sales is 50 percent or less than the gross revenue from the sale of alcoholic beverages.
