As introduced, changes from October 1 to October 15, the date by which an LEA operating a charter school is required to catalog all underutilized or vacant properties owned or operated by the LEA or within an educational facility owned or operated by the LEA each year, and submit a comprehensive listing to the department and the comptroller of the treasury.
