ON APRIL 11, 2022, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 532, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill and requires the Tennessee higher education commission to comply with the policies of the state building commission concerning capital projects affecting public institutions of higher education in this state.<br />
