Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 5.
ON APRIL 19, 2021, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 670, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 revises the additional duties of the commissioner's designated liaison under this bill to be the provision of an official, uniform message to child care providers, community stakeholders, department child care staff, and partner agencies, using all appropriate channels of communication.
