Amends TCA Section 2-6-601.
As enacted, allows a person who lives in an independent living facility that is on the same property as a licensed nursing home, assisted care living facility, or home for the aged to vote by absentee ballot when the county election commission conducts an election at the licensed nursing home, assisted care living facility, or home for the aged.
