ON MARCH 18, 2021, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 1368, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 clarifies that this bill only prohibits county health departments from regulating agriculture to the extent that some other provision of law does not authorize county health departments to engage in such regulation.
