ON APRIL 29, 2021, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1183, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 specifies that the credit for time served as a result of probation revocation under this bill will apply against any other concurrent probationary sentence that is subsequently revoked in any jurisdiction in this state.
