Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 5.
As introduced, requires the state board to renew the license of a teacher, principal, or supervisor whose license has expired, but who possesses an active license in another state with which the state board has a reciprocity agreement, without requiring the teacher, principal, or supervisor to take an assessment.
