ON MAY 3, 2021, THE HOUSE SUBSTITUTED SENATE BILL 1270 FOR HOUSE BILL 1360, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 1270, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 clarifies that each county clerk may impose a fee for the service of handling mail orders of plates and decals and the fees for such services will be $5.00 for plates and $2.00 for decals.
