ON APRIL 21, 2021, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1373, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 changes the reimbursement to be "an amount equal to that portion of health insurance premiums or expenses for COBRA coverage for benefits for which the local government is responsible".
