Amends TCA Title 57.

The alcoholic beverage commission is comprised of three gubernatorial appointees. If a commissioner misses more than 50 percent of the scheduled meetings in a calendar year, the commission's chairperson is required to notify the governor, and the governor is required to remove the absentee commissioner. This bill adds a requirement that when the commission's chairperson notifies the governor of an absentee commissioner, the chairperson also notify the chair of the state and local government committee of the senate, and the chair of the state government committee of the house of representatives.
