Amends TCA Title 5, Chapter 1 and Title 54, Chapter 20, Part 1.
As enacted, authorizes a county to regulate junkyards located within the county's boundaries as long as the rules or regulations are at least as stringent as those promulgated pursuant to the authority contained in the Junkyard Control Act.
