Amends TCA Title 4; Title 29; Title 50; Title 56 and Title 68.

This bill prohibits employers from requiring an individual to be subjected to a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment if the individual has contracted and recovered from COVID-19.<br /> <br /> Under this bill, if an employer requires an individual to be subjected to a COVID-19 vaccination in order to be hired or to maintain employment:<br /> <br /> (1) The employer is 100 percent liable for extreme physical pain, disfigurement, infertility, or protracted loss or substantial impairment of a function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty (a "serious bodily injury") sustained by the individual due to the COVID-19 vaccination; and<br /> <br /> (2) The employer is 100 percent liable to pay the full life insurance benefit to the beneficiary, if the individual dies due to the COVID-19 vaccination and the individual's life insurance policy holder refuses to pay the death benefit to a beneficiary due to a clause in the policy that excludes a death caused by or due to experimental treatments or vaccines.<br /> <br /> A claim brought under this bill will not be subject to the evidentiary requirements and limitations on liability contained in the Tennessee COVID-19 Recovery Act.<br />
