Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 4.

This bill requires the division of elections in the secretary of state's office to: (1) Conduct random forensic audits of at least five counties and at least three voting machine vendors after each statewide general election, beginning in 2024; (2) Determine the manner in which the counties and voting machine vendors are to be selected for the audits; and (3) Complete the audits within six months of the election date and transmit the results to the chairs of the appropriate standing committees of the house of representatives and the senate in which legislation dealing with election laws is predominantly referred.
