ON MARCH 10, 2022, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1. SENATE BILL 2565, AS AMENDED, FAILED TO RECEIVE A CONSTITUTIONAL MAJORITY AND WAS RE-REFERRED TO THE CALENDAR COMMITTEE. AMENDMENT #1 requires the board of directors of the Doe Mountain recreation authority to notify the chairs of the government operations committee of the senate and house and the speakers of the intention to change a fee at least 90 days prior to the imposition of the change.
