Amends TCA Title 55.
This bill makes it a Class B misdemeanor offense, punishable by a fine only of $500, for an owner, other than an owner-operator, of freight motor vehicles that are operated for commercial purposes and used in the transportation of hazardous materials to fail to have at least one respirator placed within the vehicle.
