As enacted, requires, in cases involving child abuse or child neglect, the agency preparing a permanency plan and the court, in developing or approving a plan, to consider whether the allegations of abuse or neglect warrant supervision of any visitation between the child and the abusing or neglecting parent and whether it is in the best interest of the child that the plan require supervised visitation between the child and the abusing or neglecting parent.
