Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 3.
As enacted, authorizes the board of mayor and alderman of a municipality incorporated under a mayor-aldermanic charter and having a population of 60,000 or more to adopt an ordinance to establish term limits, to become operative only if approved in a referendum.
