ON MARCH 14, 2022, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 2467, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill. Under present law, county trustees are authorized to accept partial payments of property taxes. This amendment adds authorization for accepting prepayments of property taxes.<br />
