ON MARCH 14, 2022, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2859, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill and requires the wildlife resources agency, when conducting sales of timber harvested from agency property, to comply with all processes followed by the department of agriculture, division of forestry for those sales.<br />
