Amends TCA Title 29 and Title 39.

This bill generally makes it a misdemeanor criminal offense for a person or entity, with knowledge that an individual objects to disclosing the information, to intentionally require that an individual disclose whether the individual has received a COVID-19 vaccination: (1) As a condition of employment; or (2) In order to enter any building, facility, or property that is generally open to the public. A person or entity does not commit an offense under this bill if the disclosure is required by a healthcare provider who is providing treatment to the person that is being required to disclose. The criminal classification of an offense under this bill will be: (1) A Class C misdemeanor for a first offense; (2) A Class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no less than $1,000 for a second offense; and (3) A Class A misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no less than $2,500 for a third or subsequent offense.
