This bill allows an individual to claim an exemption to a requirement in any law, rule, policy, or other measure that the individual have a COVID-19 vaccination to enter or gain access to, receive a service from, be employed by an establishment, or obtain a medical procedure based on: (1) Acquired immunity through post-transmission recovery; (2) A medical condition; or (3) Reasons of conscience, including a religious belief. This bill also permits an employee whose employer does not accept such exemption to file a complaint for a discriminatory employment practice.
