Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17.
ON FEBRUARY 11, 2021, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 4, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill to authorize an organization that is authorized to hold an annual event from the period January 1, 2021, through June 30, 2021, to hold the event no later than 60 calendar days after the event date listed in the annual event application, or June 30, 2021, whichever date is earlier.
