Amends TCA Title 8; Title 16; Title 17 and Title 18.
ON APRIL 27, 2021, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 222, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill to require that any employee of the twenty-first judicial district who transfers to the same position in the thirty-second judicial district as of September 1, 2022, must retain the same level of salary and benefits, subject to appropriation by the general assembly in the annual appropriations act.
