Amends TCA Title 41.
ON MARCH 15, 2021, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 334, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 adds "other appropriate early breast health screening" as an alternative to mammograms for purposes of the screenings and consultations required by this bill. This amendment also exempts county and city jails from this bill's requirement that all correctional institutions, to the best of each institution's ability, provide inmates with educational programs focused on the importance of preventative healthcare measures that include, but are not limited to, breast self-examination. ON MARCH 22, 2021, THE HOUSE SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL 334 FOR HOUSE BILL 843, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 334, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 is the same as Senate Amendment #1.
