ON APRIL 7, 2021, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 410, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 removes nurses from this bill. ON APRIL 29, 2021, THE HOUSE SUBSTITUTED SENATE BILL 410 FOR HOUSE BILL 565, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 410, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill and authorizes a dentist licensed in this state to administer a vaccination against COVID-19 if the dentist has received appropriate training as recommended by the centers for disease control and prevention.
