Amends TCA Section 41-22-123.
Present law requires the preparation of quarterly profit and loss statements of TRICOR's operation, and that a copy of each statement, certified by the fiscal officer of TRICOR, be sent to the comptroller of the treasury and to the commissioner of finance and administration. Any such statement must be approved by the comptroller of the treasury before it may be released for publication. This bill removes the requirement that copies of such statements be provided to the comptroller and approved by the comptroller before publication. Under this bill, only TRICOR will only be required to send a copy of the statements to the commissioner of finance and administration.
