Amends TCA Section 9-4-301.
ON MARCH 8, 2021, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 76, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 specifies that this bill's authorization applies "when such agreement is approved in accordance with present law governing procurement." This amendment also requires the chief procurement officer to file an annual report listing the contracts approved pursuant to this bill with the chairs of the finance, ways and means committees of the house and senate no later than July 1 each year. This amendment provides that it is the duty of all state agencies to furnish to the central procurement office, upon request, data relating to such revenue contracts.
