Amends TCA Title 3 and Title 4.
As introduced, authorizes the joint government operations committee of the general assembly to review a federal law, rule, or executive order to determine whether it was lawfully enacted or issued under the Constitution of the United States; authorizes the joint committee to submit its findings and recommendations to the governor, each member of the general assembly, and the attorney general and reporter.
