Amends TCA Title 12 and Title 29.
This bill requires any governmental agency, corporation, or person that is authorized, to place equipment, property, or infrastructure on state real property at no cost to: (1) Maintain and repair the equipment, property, or infrastructure; and (2) Move or reimburse the state for the cost of moving, the equipment, property, or infrastructure when the state requires the property to be moved.
