Amends TCA Title 39.
Present law specifies seven types of conduct that constitute "sexual activity" for purposes of offenses involving sexual exploitation of a child, one of which is "lascivious exhibition of the female breast or the genitals, buttocks, anus or pubic or rectal area of any person." This bill substitutes instead "exhibition of the breast, genitals, buttocks, anus, or pubic or rectal area of any minor that can be reasonably construed as being for the purpose of the sexual arousal or gratification of the defendant or another."
