Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4 and Title 8.
This bill requires the office of legislative administration to provide an electronic report to each member of the general assembly identifying: (1) The number of full- and part-time employees of the general assembly; (2) The number of contract employees of the general assembly; (3) The classification of each such employee, including the office or division for which each employee works; and (4) An estimate of the number of such employees who will be eligible to retire by December 31, 2021. The report must be provided by September 1, 2021.
