Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 67.
As introduced, allows commissioner of revenue to require a hearing to contest revocation of a license to sell, distribute, or handle tobacco products due to failure to pay tobacco tax to be conducted by telephone, television, software, or other electronic means, if each participant in the hearing has an opportunity to participate in, to hear, and, if technically feasible, to see the entire proceedings while taking place.
