ON MARCH 28, 2022, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1916, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 makes a nonsubstantive change to clarify that this bill does not apply to applicants applying for a position for which the knowledge, skills, or abilities can only reasonably be obtained through a course of study culminating in a baccalaureate degree.
