Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17, Part 1 and Title 48, Chapter 101, Part 5.

In 2021, the general assembly passed legislation to:<br /> <br /> (1) Reduce the following fees under the Tennessee Nonprofit Gaming Law to $10.00 for the period of July 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022, (after which time the fees are presently scheduled to revert to the prior amounts): the $50.00 initial application fee for an annual event; the fee for annual event applications, which is set by rules of the secretary of state and can be up to $700; and the $25.00 fee for late filing of a financial accounting; and<br /> <br /> (2) Reduce the following fees concerning solicitation of charitable funds to $10.00 for the period of July 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022, (after which time the fees are presently scheduled to revert to the prior amounts): the $50.00 initial registration fee; the registration renewal fee which ranges from $80.00 to $240 depending on the organization's gross revenue; the $25.00 late renewal fee; the $25.00 late application fee for professional solicitors; and the $25.00 fee for a late report from a professional solicitor.<br /> <br /> This bill extends the fee reduction to $10.00 for all such fees for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.<br />
