Amends TCA Title 67.
As introduced, clarifies, for purposes of sellers of beer, tobacco products, food, candy, or nonalcoholic beverages who elect to file certain information reports with the department of revenue on a monthly basis, that the information reports are due no later than the twenty-fifth day of each month.
