As introduced, requires a court that refers a matter to a safe baby court program to do so within 30 days of the case coming before the referring court; requires that, if a matter is transferred to a safe baby court program, any permanency plan already in place must be scheduled for a review hearing by the court within 30 days of the transfer to a safe baby court.
