Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 21 and Title 55, Chapter 4.
ON FEBRUARY 24, 2022, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2301, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 requires that the redesign of disabled license plates under this bill be effectuated upon the existing inventory of the registration and license plates being utilized. This amendment changes this bill's effective date from upon becoming a law to January 1, 2023.
