As introduced, extends from February 1, 2030, to February 1, 2031, the due date for the last report the department of revenue is required to submit to the speaker of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and chairs of the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house of representatives, regarding sales taxes collected on all electronic nicotine delivery devices.
