Amends TCA Title 14; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
This bill requires pharmacies to dispense ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine to an individual with a valid prescription from a healthcare provider with prescribing authority for ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine. This bill prohibits health-related boards from suspending, denying, revoking, or otherwise taking disciplinary action against: (1) A healthcare provider with prescribing authority for the prescribing of ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine; or (2) A licensed pharmacist for dispensing or failing or refusing to dispense ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine.
