Amends TCA Title 49.
As introduced, directs the department of education to review its strategic plans for the development of early childhood education programs in low income areas of this state to determine if there are areas of improvement to be made that need legislative action; requires the department to report its findings and recommendations to the general assembly no later than January 1, 2023.
