Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 9.
As enacted, requires the comptroller to annually review and report on the implementation of the Tennessee Literacy Success Act and submit the report to the education committees of the house of representatives and senate and the state board of education and publish the report on the comptroller's website.
